Arboritec Clean n’ Coat

Arboritec Clean n’ Coat is a great product for cleaning a hardwood floor, then putting a new coat on the floor. This hardwood flooring product seriously will clean any floor and make it look new again. Think a wood floor is past saving, this product might surprise you. Clean n coat instructions:

• vacuum and lightly clean the floor
• Spray the floor with clean n coat
• let spray sit for 30-60 seconds
• manually or abrade with a buffer
• Clean off with a damp towel

Clean n’ Coat can be used under any water based finish from Arboritec. It is important to never use this product on raw wood. It also cannot be used on floors that have been polished or waxed because these products can affect adhesion.
