Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we provide special pricing tiers for wholesale orders. The more square footage you commit to buying, the better the discount structure we can offer.
Ensure the “wet work” (tile, concrete, plaster) is completed and dry before bringing in wood flooring. The subfloor must be flat, dry, and within the manufacturer’s moisture parameters.
We stock a full range of sundries, including cleats, staples, and fasteners engineered for hardwood flooring that prevent surface splitting and pull‑outs. We also offer fillers, moisture barriers, sanding supplies, and finishes to support a complete flooring installation.
Sweep or vacuum regularly and use pH-neutral cleaners. Avoid excess water or harsh chemicals, place protective pads under furniture, and refinish floors as needed to keep them looking great.
Solid hardwood is made from a single piece of wood and can be refinished multiple times. Engineered wood has a real wood veneer over plywood or HDF, making it more moisture-resistant and suitable for basements or over concrete.
Order 5–10% more than your actual square footage to cover waste, mistakes, and repairs. For diagonal or intricate patterns, plan for up to 15% extra to ensure enough material.
